Tohle mi taky \u0159\u00edkala moje m\u00e1ma a dal\u0161\u00ed sourozenci, kte\u0159\u00ed bydleli daleko od Prahy na velk\u00e9 vesnici. A koupili si tam velk\u00e9 domy, kde chovali taky sv\u00e1 zv\u00ed\u0159ata, stejn\u011b tak jako to d\u011blali moji prarodi\u010de a taky rodi\u010de, proto\u017ee \u017eivot se zv\u00ed\u0159aty byl prost\u011b n\u00e1s. Jenom\u017ee j\u00e1 jsem cht\u011bla d\u011blat \u00fapln\u011b n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho. A v t\u00e9 dob\u011b, kdy\u017e jsem je\u0161t\u011b studovala st\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161kolu jsem u\u017e dva roky m\u011bla p\u0159\u00edtele a s p\u0159\u00edtelem. My jsme m\u011bli oba dva stejn\u00fd sen. M\u011bli jsme v pl\u00e1nu, \u017ee si vezmeme americkou nebankovn\u00ed hypot\u00e9ku, kterou potom investujeme do mal\u00e9ho bytu, kter\u00fd by nejl\u00e9pe m\u011bl b\u00fdt v Praze, abychom v\u0161echno m\u011bli kousek. A v\u016fbec jsme toti\u017e nem\u011bli v pl\u00e1nu m\u00edt \u0159idi\u010dsk\u00e9 pr\u016fkazy, tak\u017ee jsme cht\u011bli n\u011bkde m\u00edt byt v centru Prahy. A sta\u010dily by n\u00e1m n\u011bjak\u00fd dva plus jedna. Jenom\u017ee jsme se dozv\u011bd\u011bli, \u017ee byt v centru Prahy by st\u00e1l kolem p\u011bti milion\u016f korun. A opravdu jenom takhle dv\u011b mal\u00e9 m\u00edstnosti. Tak\u017ee jsme si \u0159ekli, \u017ee by se n\u00e1m to nevyplatilo, ale i tak jsme nezanev\u0159eli na americkou nebankovn\u00ed hypot\u00e9ku, kterou jsme si vzali. Koupili jsme si nakonec mal\u00fd dome\u010dek na vesnici a ud\u011bl\u00e1me si s p\u0159\u00edtelem oba dva \u0159idi\u010dsk\u00e9 pr\u016fkazy. A taky v\u00e1m mohu potvrdit, \u017ee americk\u00e1 nebankovn\u00ed hypot\u00e9ka se vyplat\u00ed, proto\u017ee m\u00e1 m\u00e9n\u011b pap\u00edrov\u00e1n\u00ed a m\u00e1 opravdu skv\u011bl\u00e9 \u00faroky. Taky je dobr\u00e9, si nebankovn\u00ed americkou hypot\u00e9ku pojistit proti neschopnosti spl\u00e1cet. V\u0161ichni v\u00edme, \u017ee st\u00e1t se m\u016f\u017ee opravdu cokoliv, a to i v\u010detn\u011b nemil\u00fdch v\u011bc\u00ed, tak\u017ee nejlep\u0161\u00ed, pokud je \u010dlov\u011bk poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd. A s americkou nebankovn\u00ed hypot\u00e9kou Fahd si taky m\u016f\u017eete splnit sv\u016fj sen o vlastn\u00edm bydlen\u00ed.
